About Seeking Hand
Seeking Hand is a quiet offering for those who feel the impulse to know more deeply what they are.
It does not ask you to adopt a particular belief, join a community or follow another person's path.
Its purpose is simpler:
to support the natural evolution of the sincere seeker.
Seeking Hand arose from a life of seeking, practice, experience and an increasingly simple understanding of Consciousness.
The offering itself remains deliberately quiet.
Why Seeking Hand exists
There can come a point when seeking becomes less about acquiring knowledge and more about returning to what is already present.
Practices may continue.
Life continues.
Responsibilities, relationships, work, joy and difficulty continue.
Yet beneath them there may remain an impulse toward Truth.
Seeking Hand exists for that impulse.
Not to replace what you are already doing.
Not to tell you where your path should lead.
But to offer an ongoing intention of support while you walk it.
A life centred in
Consciousness
My own path has unfolded over many years.
Like most lives, it has included periods of searching, achievement, difficulty, questioning, change and unexpected openings.
Alongside normal life there has always been another movement — a desire to understand the nature of experience itself.
Over time, that movement became increasingly centred upon Consciousness.
Not Consciousness merely as an idea or philosophy, but as the underlying reality from which experience, thought and action arise.
The Vedic tradition has provided an important language through which I understand this.
Yet Seeking Hand is not an attempt to teach Vedic philosophy.
Nor is participation dependent upon sharing my understanding.
Your path remains your own.
From seeker to Seeking Hand
For much of the journey, the movement is toward something.
Greater understanding.
Greater clarity.
Greater freedom.
Eventually, however, the relationship with seeking itself may begin to change.
What seemed distant can begin to feel strangely intimate.
What appeared to be a destination may reveal itself as something that was never truly absent.
Seeking Hand arose from that change in perspective.
It is not an attempt to create another spiritual system.
It is an expression of something much simpler:
when there is an opportunity to support another person's movement toward Truth, offer the hand.
Quietly.
Without directing.
Without interference.
I do not walk your path
This is fundamental to Seeking Hand.
I do not know what your journey should look like.
I do not know which experiences you should have.
I do not know the timing of your unfolding.
Your discernment remains important.
Your choices remain your responsibility.
Your spiritual practice remains your own.
Seeking Hand does not stand in front of the seeker and say:
Follow me.
The seeker walks.
Seeking Hand simply supports.
The Symbol of Seeking Hand
The Hand represents Seeking Hand.
An open hand offering support.
The Shri Yantra represents the Map — the movement from multiplicity toward unity, and ultimately toward the Bindu, the silent point at its centre.
Together, the Hand and the Map express the essence of Seeking Hand:
Support offered quietly, without directing the seeker’s path.
The hand remains open.
The path remains yours.
What I am — and
what I am not —
claiming
Seeking Hand makes no claim that participation will produce Enlightenment, particular spiritual experiences or specific changes in the circumstances of your life.
I am not presenting myself as a guru.
I am not asking anyone to surrender their judgement or authority.
Seeking Hand does not replace spiritual practice, medical care, psychological support or other appropriate professional assistance.
What is being offered is much more modest.
An intention of support.
Some may perceive, over time, a greater sense of alignment with Natural Law — perhaps experienced as increased support from Nature.
Seeking Hand does not prescribe what form that support should take, nor does it promise a particular result.
A Sankalpa maintained quietly for those who have consciously chosen to participate.
What unfolds remains part of your own journey.
An independent
offering
Seeking Hand is independent.
It is not established to promote a particular teacher, organisation, religion or spiritual movement.
Its roots lie deeply within the Vedic Tradition, with Consciousness, Parā and Sankalpa forming part of the understanding from which it arose.
But those roots do not become conditions of participation.
A sincere seeker may come from any spiritual tradition.
Or from none.
What matters is not the language used to describe the journey.
The impulse matters.
The invitation
Seeking Hand is not intended for everyone.
There is nothing here that you need to believe.
There is nothing that you need to persuade yourself to feel.
If the offering does not speak to you, simply continue your path.
If it does, the invitation is equally simple.
You walk the path.
