Terms
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms apply to your use of the Seeking Hand website and, where applicable, your participation in Seeking Hand.
By using this website or choosing to participate, you acknowledge these Terms.
About Seeking Hand
Seeking Hand is a spiritual offering intended to provide a quiet intention of support for those who consciously choose to participate.
Seeking Hand does not provide a course, counselling service, medical treatment, psychological treatment, financial advice, legal advice or other professional service.
Participation does not replace your own spiritual practice, judgement, responsibilities or appropriate professional assistance.
Voluntary participation
Participation in Seeking Hand is voluntary.
You choose whether to participate and may end your participation at any time.
Seeking Hand does not require you to adopt a particular belief, spiritual practice, philosophy or religious tradition.
Your path remains your own.
No guaranteed outcome
Spiritual development and personal experience are individual.
Seeking Hand does not promise or guarantee:
Enlightenment or Self-realisation;
particular spiritual experiences;
healing or changes in physical or psychological health;
changes in relationships, finances, employment or other circumstances;
increased material success; or
any other particular outcome.
Some may perceive, over time, a greater sense of alignment with Natural Law — perhaps experienced as increased support from Nature.
No particular form or result of that support is promised.
The nature of the offering
For those who choose to participate, Seeking Hand maintains an ongoing intention — Sankalpa — of support.
Your name and general location may be used as the individual reference associated with your participation.
Seeking Hand does not direct your life, prescribe spiritual practices or make decisions on your behalf.
The seeker walks.
Seeking Hand simply supports.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own:
decisions and actions;
physical and psychological wellbeing;
spiritual practice;
financial decisions;
relationships;
legal obligations; and
use of any information available through this website.
Where medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional assistance is appropriate, suitably qualified professional assistance should be sought.
Contributions and payments
Participation may involve an ongoing financial contribution at the amount shown on the Participate page when you join.
Where a recurring contribution is selected, you authorise the payment provider to process that contribution at the stated interval until it is cancelled.
You may cancel future recurring contributions at any time using the cancellation method made available through Seeking Hand or the relevant payment provider.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges once processed. It does not necessarily create an entitlement to a refund for contributions already processed, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by these Terms. Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically where the law says they apply and cannot be removed by a business’s terms and conditions.
Refunds
If you believe a payment has been made incorrectly, has been duplicated, or there is another problem with a contribution, please contact Seeking Hand.
Requests will be considered reasonably and in accordance with applicable Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation or other remedy to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment processing
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Seeking Hand does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Contributions are not charitable donations
Unless expressly stated otherwise, financial contributions to Seeking Hand are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
You should obtain your own taxation advice if this is relevant to you.
Ending participation
You may end your participation at any time.
Ending participation and cancelling a recurring financial contribution are related but separate actions where the payment system requires separate cancellation.
If necessary, you may contact Seeking Hand for assistance.
